Diagnosis of your device and the resulting quote are free. Recovery work begins only after you approve the quote.
No Data, No Fee
If we are unable to recover your data, you pay no recovery charge. In rare cases where donor spare parts are ordered specifically for your device, any agreed parts cost is discussed and approved with you in advance.
Turnaround
Timelines are estimates and depend on the fault, parts availability and data size. Emergency/priority service is available on request.
Backup responsibility
Data recovery involves inherently damaged media. While we take every care and maintain a high success rate, recovery cannot be guaranteed on every device. We are not liable for data that was already lost or overwritten before the device reached us.
Collection of recovered data
Please verify and collect your recovered data promptly. Unclaimed data and devices may be securely disposed of after a reasonable period, with prior intimation where possible.
