Your recovered data is yours alone
We treat every device and its contents as strictly confidential. Recovered data is handed only to the owner, is never viewed beyond what recovery requires, and is never shared, sold or disclosed to any third party. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available on request.
Information we collect
To provide a quote and service your case we collect only what is needed: your name, contact number/email, device details and the problem description you share with us. We do not collect anything else.
How we use it
Your contact details are used solely to diagnose your case, share a quote, update you on progress and return your data. We do not send marketing spam.
Data retention
After your data is returned and the case is closed, any working copies on our systems are securely wiped. We do not keep your recovered files.
Website
This site uses standard web tools that may record anonymous usage (like page visits) to improve the site. The free tools on our site run entirely in your browser — we never receive your files.
