Outlook refuses to open an OST whose mailbox is gone. We read it anyway — orphaned, corrupt or hundreds of gigabytes — and hand the mail back as a working PST.
If Outlook still opens with that account, export it yourself in ten minutes: File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Export to a file → Outlook Data File (.pst). It is free and we would rather tell you than sell you something.
The employee left, the Exchange or Microsoft 365 mailbox was deleted, or the Outlook profile is gone. Outlook will not open an OST that is not tied to its own mailbox — there is no setting that fixes this.
scanpst.exe repairs PST files only. A damaged OST has to be read at structure level and rebuilt folder by folder.
9 GB, 50 GB, 99 GB, years of attachments — free trial converters stop at 25 mails per folder. We process the whole file and return the complete mailbox.
Upload an OST or PST up to 200 MB and see in seconds whether it is readable, how many folders and mails it holds, and where it is damaged. The file is deleted the moment the report is made.
Files above 200 MB are handled at the lab, whatever the size — we routinely process mailboxes of tens of gigabytes — the browser is not the right place to move them. Call us and we will collect it.

No. The OST on the laptop still holds the mail. That is exactly the case we handle most often.
The free check reads folder names and counts only, and deletes the file straight after. Lab work runs on isolated machines and our copy is wiped after handover.
Diagnosis is free. Conversion is quoted after we see the file — it depends on size and damage. No data, no fee.
